Stylish & modern room with patio in Granton

Welcome to my stylish and modern ground floor double bedroom designed with natural colours and Scottish symbols. Bedroom has been recently refreshed with new furniture and memory comfort matterace. Perfect connection with Edinburgh Airport (bus service 17 "Skylink" ) brings you here within 30 minutes and the bus stop is just around the corner as well as plenty of buses to the city centre (about 30 min) Morison's superstore and Gregg's - 10 minutes walk Seafront promenade 5 min walk. The space This is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with outdoor space. Single bedroom is ocupied by the host (me 😀 ) and double bedroom is for guests only. There is a large living room with open space kitchen with french patio door, table and chairs outside. You will also have your own small patio accesed from your bedroom There is only one bathroom/toilet within property Guest access You can acces bathroom kitchen and living room. 2nd bedroom occupied by host. During your stay I wish I could greet you in person but my work commitments keep me busy all day. I am avaliable during the day between 03:30 pm and 4:30pm and after 10pm till morning. Please make youself at home and enjoy the small treat left on the bedroom's table. Other things to note There is a selection of toiletries and towels for your comfort. The central heating remonte controll panel is on the living room table. Use "+" or "-" to set up the temperature suitable for you
