Visitors ARE PROHIBITED 7. Observe quiet hours: Avoid loud noises between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure rest for other residents. 8. Responsible use of common areas: Use the common areas of the condominium with care, following the specific rules of each space and keeping them clean after use. 9. Pets: Are allowed, keeping the animals under control and cleaning any dirt they may cause in the common areas. 10. Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving the house and do not share keys or access codes with unauthorized persons. We have SECURITY CAMERAS in the outdoor area to control entry and exit. 11. Parking: Use only the designated spaces, respecting the traffic areas and the rules of the condominium. 12. Use of air conditioned: the two bedrooms have new air conditioning. Use responsibly. It is FORBIDDEN to leave the air conditioned on when not using the rooms. It is FORBIDDEN to use the air conditioned with the doors open. 13. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the house. 14. Communication: If you have any questions or issues, contact your host for immediate assistance. 15.
