Between Landes and Gers, our independent 30 m² studio is located on a flowery and wooded plot. Without neighbors, it has its own entrance and free parking next to it. Quiet, the studio is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. The space The studio is composed of a large living room with an equipped kitchen, complete with a high table and two high chairs, a 2-seater sofa bed with coffee table and TV. The bedroom includes a 140 bed, two bedside tables and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink cabinet with storage drawers and a towel dryer. Outside, a relaxation and dining area is provided under a pergola with a bench, a table, two chairs and two sunbeds. Guest access The property has its own parking with a closed gate. A key box is available at the entrance. At the end of the garden, a house is available for seasonal rental, it has its own entrance and its own garden.
