The space Newly built, this 22m² standalone studio blends comfort and convenience. The open-plan space includes a double bed (180cm) with cotton linens and towels, a smart TV, and a dining area with a two-seater table. Cook in the modern kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, and essentials provided). Freshen up in the sleek bathroom (shower, toiletries included). Work at the desk, then step through glass doors to your private patio with a bistro set and cushioned lounger. Plenty of storage and thoughtful touches throughout! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio, private patio, and free bikes. Free parking is available on-site (very rare in Amsterdam!), and EV charging is offered for a fee. The space is fully self-contained—no shared areas. Other things to note • Located in a quiet residential area, in a neighboring municipality but fully within Amsterdam’s boundaries. • Next to a nature park, great for walks. • A few restaurants, supermarket and a café that serves food all day 5 mins walk away. • Amsterdam Schiphol airport is 20 mins away by car, 15 mins by train (+10 min walk from the station). • Metro station (10-min walk) connects to Amsterdam center in 10 mins. Train station in the same location connects you easily to nearby cities. • Ziggo Dome and Johan Cruyff Arena are a 10-min bike ride away. • Unlimited parking with permit provided for free by the host. • An HDMI connection above the desk allows you to connect your laptop or chromecast to the TV. • Smoking permitted only on the patio. • No pets allowed.
