Paphos Harbour and the Paphos Castle are 2.3 km away, a 25-minute stroll along the well-lit Coastal Boardwalk. The famous Archaeological Site of The Tomb of the Kings is 800 meters away, and so is the very popular Kings Avenue Mall. Shopping and dining options are abundant; no more than a 5-minute walk from the villa you will find an excellent variety of Taverns and Restaurants. We are proud to note that we have furnished the property with our guests' comfort in mind, from the living room couch to the dining tables and chairs, both indoor and outdoors. All our BOSCH electrical appliances are of the highest quality and we also provide a Nespresso Coffee Machine, a dishwasher and a dryer for a completely stress-free stay. The downstair area is open plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the pool area and a lush grass lawn, where you can enjoy your morning espresso on the lounge chairs and sofa before you begin enjoying the pool and bask in the sun on our loungers. There's a very comfortable outdoor dining table in the pool area, for breakfast or dinner; we have also catered for a small outdoor kitchenette with a sink, fridge and a top-of-the-range gas grill and cooker for maximum comfort and enjoyment. All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has ensuite shower facilities and offers a king-sized bed and a covered terrace with sea views where you can enjoy a glass of wine at night or your coffee in the morning. The remaining two bedrooms offer Queen-sized beds and share a very spacious bathroom. All our bathrooms on the first floor as well as the guest toilet on the ground floor, come with bidet hand showers. Other things to note - The swimming pool can be heated at a cost of 50 euro per day payable before arrival for the duration of your stay. Our swimming pool is electrically heated and usually takes up to three days to reach the desirable temperature by providing the pool with beneficial warming, but not necessarily making the water hot as this is also depending on the specific weather conditions prevailing during your stay.
