Our adult guests will enjoy the generous 5 x 13 overflow heated swimming pool with Hydromassage jets across, as well as our state-of-the-art grilling and outdoor cooking and dining facilities in the extended Patio area that comes with a comfortable bar! The villa is tucked away on the greens of the riverbed on the outskirts of Goudi Village, offering extended privacy and yet great access to the nearby Seaside Resort of Polis and the Latchi beaches which are a five-minute drive away. Byron’s small supermarket is a two-minute drive and the Old Town of Polis with its richness of dining and entertainment options are but a short six-minute drive from the villa. Goudi Residence harmoniously combines modernity and luxury with tradition and our inner courtyard is a trip back in time. We are proud to note that we have furnished the villa to the highest standards with our guests’ comfort in mind. The kitchen is loaded with high quality electrical appliances (Miele, Fisher Paykel), dishwasher and dryer and a professional wine cooler for wine afficionados. Both our indoor and outdoor dining tables are generous and tasteful, but the absolute highlight of Goudi Residence is its extended outdoor covered Patio area with all its facilities which will make for an excellent al fresco dining experience. We have catered to welcome guests over the winter season and to that effect, the pool can be heated and the indoor wood fireplace in the open plan living area will serve our guests well over the colder winter months. All our five bedrooms come with Queen- or King-sized beds. Three are found on the elevated ground floor; Our master bedroom offers shower ensuite facilities whilst the other two share a second spacious shower bathroom. Two of our bedrooms have private entrances in our inner courtyard and lower ground floor of the villa. Both offer ensuite shower facilities and one of them comes with a small kitchenette for guests who wish to have more freedom and privacy. Other things to note POOL HEATING EXTRA COST - 70 euro per day for the duration of your stay Our swimming pool is electrically heated and usually takes up to three days to reach the desirable temperature by providing the pool with beneficial warming, but not necessarily making the water hot as this is also depending on the specific weather conditions prevailing during your stay. (Lower temperature 24 degrees Celsius - Maximum temperature 28 degrees Celsius) - All costs included in the price, there are no additional charges for utilities. - We provide a baby cot and a baby chair free of charge. - We provide three towels per guest and full linen. - For stays longer than and including 10 days, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change. - Please note that we do not accept all-female or all-male groups under the age of 21 years. - Bachelor or Bachelorette parties will not be permitted. - Available for Events upon request.
