French doors open to a sunlit breakfast nook and a peaceful back deck with lounge seating. Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a deep soaking tub, walk-in closet (that can double as a nursery), and private sitting area with a coffee bar. The third floor is a fun, attic-style retreat with extra beds and a cozy den, perfect for kids or larger groups. Other things to note Stay with Confidence – Licensed & Protected Our home is a fully registered and licensed short-term rental, so you can book with confidence knowing everything is up to code. Damage Protection & Guest Verification Every reservation includes up to $1,500 in damage protection through our partner, SafelyStay, Inc. A $45 fee is included in all stays under 29 nights. For longer stays, additional coverage is required (30–59 nights: $305; 60+ nights: $130 per 30 days). Guests booking directly or through VRBO will also need to complete a quick ID verification and screening after booking. No Parties or Events To maintain a peaceful environment, gatherings must be limited to 10 guests. Parties or events are strictly prohibited and subject to a $700 fine. Pet-Friendly with Approval We welcome pets with prior host approval. Fees are $75 for one pet or $100 for two (plus tax). Please clean up after your pet using the provided waste bags. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Please note: the yard is not fenced. Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund minus processing fees (~4%). No refunds are available within 5 days of arrival. Noise Monitoring & Quiet Hours To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10pm–8am. A NoiseAware device (non-recording) is located in first-floor common areas to monitor volume levels. Tampering with the device or excessive noise may result in fines up to $200.
