Cabo Frio beach house

House on the beach sand. Everywhere you look, you'll come across the turquoise blue sea and white sands of Cabo Frio. On one side are Parque das Dunas and Praia do Forte. On the other side is Pontal Beach (already in Arraial do Cabo). A true paradise for those who want to stay on a beach, practically private, enjoy the nightlife of the Fort and still be on the side of Arraial do Cabo. Ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and overcrowding. The place is really privileged. The space The house is located within a gated community with 12 residential homes with private access to the beach. It is a very quiet and safe family condominium. The house has 3 bedrooms, two with ocean views, one of these with a wonderful balcony. The other with a large glass window. Two of the bedrooms are en-suites. All rooms have ceiling and portable fans if needed. There are three bathrooms. Two stairs lead to the second and third floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and has a table, 1 refrigerator and a brand-new stove. There's a laundry room and a large living room with a giant sofa, very comfortable and brand new. The floor of the living room and suites are porcelain, the 3 bathrooms have all been renovated with porcelain and top-notch finishing for the comfort of guests. Guest access Outside, there is a large leisure area at your disposal, equipped with a barbecue area, a large oceanfront pool, with a separate area for children. There's a pool table, a foosball table, and a big lunch table. You can park a car inside the condominium and leave others on the street without any problems. It's a family condominium of houses, very quiet and safe, all enclosed. Children can move around without worry. The pool area also has a small gate for greater security... which does not dispense with parental care and vigilance. Other things to note This house is our refuge and we are happy to be able to share it with others. Every detail in it is very taken care of by us. We seek to keep everything brand new. So we ask you to take care with great care. We mainly ask that you do not feel wet on the couch, do not forget to lock the house when going out and turning off the lights. There are some rules in the condominium, such as not putting loud sound inside each and in the barbecue area and the time for use of the pool that runs until 21:00. Note: Please do not open cabinets that are locked... they are for the personal use of the owner of the house. We have wi-fi and we do not charge this customer service we only provide , we cannot guarantee availability if there is any failure of the contractor if it is unavailable in your stay, we will not be responsible if it is not working because we can't guarantee if there is a working problem that you can't solve.
