Truly a place for time to stand still. The living room includes a 65" tv and electric fireplace with a comfortable couch and bar top table to look out on the water or watch a movie or sporting event with family and friends. There is an open kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or make your favorite drink as well as an electric grill for your use. Then you can walk out on the balcony and take a seat at the table for 6 or the two comfy rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset over the lake. This is a walk-in unit and there is an elevator to get to the pools, dock, & common ground making our unit wheelchair friendly. It also makes carrying groceries and hauling coolers, towels, etc. down to the dock and pool a breeze! Each bedroom is designed to be beautiful and luxurious, but also comfortable. Each room has a 55" TV with access to Spectrum Cable, and the ability to log in to any of your favorite streaming services. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom as well. Guest access The entire condo unit and balcony are yours to use. Parking is free as well as any amenities such as clubhouse, fitness equipment, pools, and firepits are for your enjoyment. Other things to note •The condo complex is still under construction, so while the main amenities are usable- both pools, gym, clubhouse, elevator, and common areas- there is construction happening two buildings down.
