Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it! The space The accommodation is located in the basement of our house. It consists of a living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In the room there is a 135 cm bed, and a wardrobe for you to store your things. In the living room you can find a sofa bed, to give families the option to have a place to stay. We have also installed an electric fireplace, near the table and chairs, and a TV. In the kitchen area there is an induction hob with two burners, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, microwave and a peninsula that you can use for your breakfasts, as a work/study area or for whatever you want. Finally, the bathroom has a shower tray. Despite being a basement, all rooms have a window, and the accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning with a heat pump. Guest access The entire accommodation is rented, so there are no common areas. There is a door that gives access to our house, which will obviously be locked.
