The space It’s a two bedroom cabin 740 square feet. there are two singles beds in one room and one double in the other. living room has a queen size pullout couch, and the porch has a futon that turns into a bed . Living room has a window air conditioning,kitchen, dining area, working microwave, refrigerator, and a stove , an extra blankets and linen,outside fire pit,I have 2 fold up chairs and two other chairs there if you think you need more bring your fold up chairs ! And it has a boat dock And two paddle boats that goes with the price of the property ! (there are some life jackets in the closet so please use them). It’s a very long driveway from the road so plenty room to park or park a trailer. There’s a septic field there too and it’s conned off for no parking. Guest access All of home and land ! And the 2 paddle boat all with the price of the cabin (there are some lifejackets supplied) . There’s a public access beach down on the other side of the lake by the rustic campgrounds can’t miss it’s to the east ! it’s a very nice ride in a paddleboat! Other things to note Have a pleasant time, prioritize your safety and kindly show respect for this location as it serves as a cherished gathering place!!!!
