Area Attractions: Our AirBnB is located in Magnolia's Premier RV Resort, which not only offers year-round relaxing and enjoyable on-site activities and amenities, but also provides easy access to many nearby attractions. No matter the time of year, there are many exciting things for everyone to do. Guest access This is a gated resort protected by security cameras. You will receive a gate code and clubhouse code, which you may use to access the resort for the entire duration of your stay. The clubhouse code allows you to access all of the amenities of the resort, including the laundry room, gym, game room, swimming pool, lounge area, grill, picnic area, and more. Parking: Your booking includes parking for two cars. Awning: Please close the awning after each use. In case of damage, keep the awning closed as wind can damage the awning, trailer it self or neighbors property. RV Park Rules: Wood, propane fire pits and open awning are permitted at your site. They must not be left unattended. In cases of emergency or severe weather the Resort shall have a right of entry upon the land for maintenance of the utilities, close awnings to prevent damage and the protection of the Resort at any reasonable time. Other things to note Our Airbnb has a no-pets policy. We also love our furry friends, but please do not bring your pets with you. The pond in the center of the resort is a work-in-progress by the facility, so please do not expect a crystal-blue pond. This aside, the pond is populated with many fish, and catch-and-release recreational fishing is welcomed and encouraged! We are in the Texas so there are bugs and critters around. We have routine pest control services performed regularly. We recommend keeping the doors closed when not in use, to keep things from flying in, but if you experience any unwanted visitors let us know and will do our best to assist with getting them out. Awning: Please close the awning after each use. In case of damage, keep the awning closed as wind can damage the awning and trailer. Repairing such damages will be expensive for the guests. In cases of emergency or severe weather: we reserve the right to enter the rv and secure it, and also close awning to prevent damage. Liability: You accept that activities like hiking, swimming, fishing and pond are at your own risk. We encourage all guests to take extra caution with these amenities and assume full responsibility for their safety. We take great pride in providing a 5-star experience. But if we have missed something please let us know immediately and we will take care of it.
