Middle level has game room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and dining area along with a large front deck as well as the deck in the backyard. Upper level has Master suite with an additional fireplace,air conditioning unit, deck and private bathroom,along with 2 more bedrooms and one more bathroom. Only bedrooms upstairs have ac units. 12 guests max including infants. Other things to note No parties or events. Please keep volume down outside to respect the neighbors. If there are additional guests over your reservation and/or code allowed you will have the unauthorized guests leave or vacate the home immediately without a refund. 12 guests max including infants are included in this count as per city code. If you ignore messages in regard to a party or extra guests I will call code enforcement and your entire group will be asked to leave with ZERO refund.
