The space Our house is an old building, located at the end of the narrow path that leads to our family neighborhood. It will suit guests looking for an authentic experience, an immersion in the daily life of the locals, far from the luxurious hotels of the island. We are about 1.5 km from the Vaitape dock where the Air Tahiti shuttle will take you. Indeed, Bora Bora Airport is located on a motu (islet). In order to best prepare for your arrival and organize your welcome, we kindly ask you to indicate your flight itinerary. Indeed, in Bora Bora there is no addressing, so it's hard to find an address on your own. We are nevertheless known on the island and if by chance you change your itinerary and you cannot contact us you will inevitably find someone who can inform you when you arrive. Feel free to ask the locals ;). The house has been renovated as we go along, then decorated by Rosalie with paintings and local objects (besides the decor often changes because Rosalie takes advantage of her "passion" for cleaning to rearrange the house regularly ^^). Our key word is "simplicity", though you can find comfort in our little nest. You will be surrounded by flowers, trees and very friendly animals that roam freely in Polynesia. So don't be surprised to see roosters, chickens, dogs, cats, etc. during your stay with us. We provide a small private room with air conditioning, a charming cocooning of 9 m2 with a bed 140 x 190. Other spaces will be shared, including our small shower room with shower, toilet and sink. We also have a terrace equipped with a dining table and a TV area which you will have access to at your convenience. We provide leaflets and tourist brochures that you can consult. We can also help you plan your stay by contacting service providers. We will be delighted to help you. Breakfast is extra on simple prior request (payment on site). As Polynesian houses are equipped with gas stoves, it will not be possible to cook for safety reasons, but dishes are available so you can have your meals on the terrace. Activities: The beauty of the Bora Bora lagoon is well established. Also, we can refer you to service providers or give you tips to discover the island independently. You'll also have a chance to access a small beach within 100 m. Also, be aware that the house is located below one of the famous cannons left by the Americans. A nice little walk for adventurers and athletes. Restaurants: You're not likely to starve in Bora Bora. Food trucks are located nearby for your meals. Many restaurants are located all around the island. A 10-minute walk away, you have the Chinese restaurant Le Panda d'or, and also the St James, excellent for both eating and drinking at sunset. Two supermarkets are also located between the arrival dock and the house, the Super U is a 10-minute walk from the house. Guest access The house is located about 2 km from the Vaitape dock. We provide free arrival/departure transfers During your stay We remain at your disposal to provide you with any useful information for your stay. Other things to note We kindly ask you to let us know your flight itinerary before your arrival so that we can arrange your welcome at the Vaitape dock. Indeed, in Bora Bora there are no addresses.
