The cottage features 3 bedrooms, a private beach with a sandy walkout, patio for dining/bbq, no motorized vehicles on the lake (less noise and safer), fully winterized, A/C and beautiful surroundings. Bancroft is a year round destination with amazing activities and places to explore. Discover the Eagle's Nest, Silent Lake Provincial Park, Hiking Trails, ATV/snowmobile trails, and more. The space This gorgeous property is on a quiet and beautiful lake, located just 7 minutes outside of Bancroft. The lake is free of motorized vehicles creating a serene, relaxing and safe stay with 120 feet of waterfront. The water is clean and perfect for swimming, and at only 30ft deep it heats up quickly in spring and freezes early for winter activities. We are on a private road with 5 cottages and have ample forest separating the cottages, allowing for privacy. The cottage features 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom with walk in shower and laundry, an open concept living/dining/kitchen space perfect for hosting, a new wrap around patio with dining, conversation set and a BBQ, along with a stunning private sandy beach and walk out access to the water. This is the perfect getaway for couples and families to enjoy one of Ontario's most gorgeous regions. Minutes away from town you can easily access groceries, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants/Bancroft Brewery, theatre (Bancroft playhouse) and more. Just as quickly, you can escape into natures with provincial parks, hiking trails, ATV/snowmobile trails, fishing, and more.
