Our green oasis in Graz-Wetzelsdorf offers you a quiet apartment in the countryside with pool & jacuzzi. Enjoy nature and relaxation while the city center is within easy reach. P.S. 1: Unfortunately no pets are allowed, as there are already 3 cats in the adjacent building The space Newly renovated 60 m² apartment on the ground floor of a house. Your guest occasionally lives in the adjacent building. The apartment has an anteroom, bathroom/toilet with washing machine and shower, one bedroom, kitchen with breakfast counter and a living room with pullout couch. Parking is available right outside the house and a staircase leads to the terrace where the entrance is located. The pool and hot tub are to be used in consultation with the host, but we need a liability waiver. Loungers are available on the terrace for chilling. Guest access The entire property can be used. The terrace and outdoor facilities by arrangement. Other things to note Use of the pool is free of charge. For ecological reasons, the pool is not heated or cooled but is natural according to the outside temperature. The pool and hot tub are "Private Use only," i.e. no other people are allowed except the Airbnb guests. Use is at your own risk. The hot tub is not included in the price and must be paid separately on site. €25 for single use €55 for multiple uses throughout the stay.
