Kukhaya is on the first floor, overlooking the tropical garden and street with beautiful Seaview and breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed from the balcony or the roof top. The space The apartment is located in Fumba town, a gated community in Nyamanzi, Urban west. It is 30 minutes from stone town/ the ferry and 25 minutes from the airport. Transport to and from the apartment is mainly by private car, or hiring a taxi / tuktuk. We are happy to recommend a trusted person to pick you up on your arrival and for other travels during your stay. The apartment is on the first floor of the building labelled C10-01, guests will have to take the stairs, unfortunately there is no elevators / access for wheel chairs / elderly persons. We are just opposite the kids playground and yana restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch. Thai Khani is a bar and restaurant that is 6 minutes walk from the apartment, here you can enjoy fresh food and drinks, pizza, barbeque and great ambiance with music and beautiful sunsets. There is a shopping complex about 3 minutes walk from the apartment with ATM machine, a coffee shop, fast food restaurants, supermarket, library, medical centre, and liquor shop. The co-working space and library ‘Aura’ is a 2 mins walk from the apartment. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests. We love our little space and we hope that you will too.
