Kitchen: Fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Main bathroom: Newly renovated, with bathtub, shower, toilet and washing machine (with dryer function). Guest toilet: Separately accessible. Roof terrace: Spacious, furnished, parasol – enjoy the sunset over nature every evening. Other amenities: non-smoking apartment, free Wi-Fi in all rooms, carport parking space plus additional street parking space, storage facilities for bicycles and strollers in your own large staircase. Pets: on request. Guest access The entire top floor apartment of a two-family house – including roof terrace and private parking spaces – is all yours. The separate entrance in front of the house is equipped with a digital door lock, so you can check in and out 24/7 by cell phone or number code.
