Condominium house in Maresias

The space Beautiful house designed by Débora Aguiar. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds, closets and dressers. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and two other bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It accommodates 4 couples or 2 couples with children very well. The TV room (with DVD and Sky) is on the ground floor with double-height ceilings and a large glass door to the garden with a barbecue area. The dining room comfortably accommodates everyone and is next to the kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In the back there is a service area with a sink and clothesline, as well as cabinets with chairs and a parasol. The house is well-lit and in addition to ceiling fans, it also has air-conditioning in the living room (in addition to a unit in each bedroom). It has 3 parking spaces. The house is in a condominium with access from the main street (Francisco Loup - 1 block from the beach). The condo has an adult and children's pool, tennis court and grass soccer field, game room, sauna, playground in the garden with a trampoline. Access to the beach can be done on foot, and the house offers chairs and umbrellas. Because I live in SP, I won't be in town at the time of the rental, but I'll be available on my cell phone for any help you need. Maresias Beach is one of the most popular destinations on the north coast of SP. It appeals to young people for the waves and nightlife, but also to couples and families who want a wonderful beach to play with their children and have a barbecue with friends. Access to Maresias is via Rio Santos or Tamoios, preferably by car. There are 3 parking spaces in the house. The beach can be accessed on foot. The house was decorated with great affection and seeking the comfort of up to 8 people. We are starting to rent the house now, and we would love to have guests who take care of our little corner as we do!
