The Perch in Girdwood

Girdwood living at its finest. Spacious and quiet, we are a short walk to Virgin Creek Waterfall. A bird watcher’s paradise, our balcony is a front row seat for the avian show. Welcome to the Perch. The space The master’s suite is upstairs and boasts a king bed and its own walk in closet for wedding parties, or team gear. The lower floor has a large family style bedroom with a queen and its own balcony plus an extra full in the closet. The last room has a day bed twin with a spare underneath. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and plenty of cookware and dishes for eight. Our large garage is at your disposal for parking, gear staging and of course ski waxing. Other things to note We greet you by text and provide the entry code just before check in. Please be precise with guest type and count. It allows us to set up beds specifically for your party. Dogs stay free. Please let us know when you are bringing them so we can schedule more time to clean when you check out. Girdwood‘s winter just started off with a bang, four wheel drive is recommended.
