This house is built with beautiful oak and maple finishes, and state of the art sustainability features including: a high efficiency furnace, Nature's Head composting toilet, and a greywater filtration system. Location is everything - placed back in the trees just between the Double Musky and the Beaver Pond/California Creek trailhead, and a 5 minute walk to downtown Girdwood's grocery store, restaurants, clinic, and free shuttle. Guest access Entire home and driveway. Other things to note This is a unique and cozy, well designed space best for people who are able to climb a ladder to the loft. It is a small and efficient space. Composting toilet works great - just need to follow the simple directions!
