Situated within walking distance from the conveniences of downtown Wilson and less than 7 miles from downtown Jackson sits this exquisite property that is new as of 2022! This home is in the 31-day rental overlay and is available for weekly or monthly rentals. Wilson Getaway allows guests to enjoy extra solitude away from downtown Jackson, yet located within a short distance from all the restaurants, bars, and shopping found in and around Jackson’s infamous town square. Wilson is a small town located between the Town of Jackson and Teton Village. A mountain biking mecca, and home to many locals, Wilson provides great access to everything that Jackson has to offer. This location is also ideal for those interested in seeing wildlife as Wilson is known for its plethora of moose, elk, and fox sightings. Not only that, but the south entrance of Grand Teton National Park is less than 10 miles north, making this property very convenient to make your way into one of America’s best national parks. As one enters the Wilson Getaway, you will immediately notice that this property has left no detail out. The modern design complements the expansive open floor concept inviting relaxation. With ample seating in the living area, this property provides the perfect backdrop to read a book or enjoy a huckleberry mule- all while lying in front of large floor to ceiling windows. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas, creates a perfect backdrop to relax, watch television, or listen to the Bluetooth enabled stereo. The open-concept living space flows right into the updated kitchen, which features bar seating and everything imaginable to make delicious meals right at home. Located just off the kitchen, you will find the dining area, which has seating for six people. There is also a small backyard area featuring a BBQ gas grill. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway of the main floor. As you make your way upstairs, you will walk past a full bathroom, which has a bathtub, and laundry room to get to the bedrooms. The queen bedroom, (2) twin bedroom, and master are all on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a shower. The bedroom with twin beds is an excellent room for those traveling with children and those twins can be converted to a King bed for a fee. The Wilson Getaway, located at the base of Teton Pass, is a true gateway to fun. This property is within walking distance to Nora’s, a Wilson favorite for breakfast, as well as the historic Stagecoach Bar. The home features an attached 2-car garage to store your vehicles, bikes, and other outdoor equipment secured and out of the elements. **Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. **Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours. For those outdoor enthusiasts, the bike path is a short distance and can lead you all the way up to Teton Village or even into downtown Jackson. It’s friendly to cyclists, walkers, and runners and wildlife sightings are very common. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. In 2022, Moose-Wilson Road will be closed between the southern Granite Entrance Station of GTNP and the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve in the spring of 2022. The road will then open beginning Memorial Day as a through route for the busy summer season, but only from 7 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Monday each week. Then, after Labor Day, the southern stretch of the Moose-Wilson corridor will entirely close again. Rentals of more than 30 nights or more will need approval and will require a lease agreement and security deposit. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage. Other things to note Please contact the managing office (RMRentals) to arrange king bed conversion for a fee, payment is required directly to management office.
