This is a bungalow with ground + 2 floors connected by a stairwell. There is a living room and a kitchen with a private garden space on the ground floor with limited access for guests. On the 1st floor and 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms each, all with an attached bathroom. The guest/s have access only to the room/s they have booked. Guest access 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are listed on Airbnb. Guests can access only the room which they have booked. The kitchen and living & dining room and the garden are private spaces with limited access. During your stay The host/co-host will try their level best to be present during check-in as well as check-out. Incase the host is unavailable, the caretaker is available 24x7 to welcome the guests in the house. Other things to note Kindly go through the following house rules before booking your stay with us. 1. NO smoking. NO drinking. NO non-vegetarian food. NO parties. NO unmarried couples. 2. Guest car parking is not available within the premises. On-street free parking is available (at your own risk). 3. Please respect quiet hours from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. to avoid causing any disturbance to my neighbors. 4. Limited access for late-night outings after 12 a.m., to be pre-informed. 5. Society premises are not to be used by guests except for your way in/out of the homestay. 6. No guest visitors are allowed in the house. 7. Early check-ins and late check-outs are to be pre-informed and may incur additional charges (subject to availability). 8. The kitchen can be used by guests but not for full-fledged cooking. Meals are provided at an additional cost. 9. Any unhygienic conditions or damage may incur extra charges. 10.
