Two serene bedrooms—one with a King bed and the other with a Queen—sit on opposite sides of the house for added privacy, and each opens directly to the garden through glass doors. The spa-inspired bathroom features an oversized Carrara marble shower and radiant heated limestone floors, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing, nature-immersive start or end to your day. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a double-sided fireplace and glass doors leading to a sunny back patio and private courtyard. Dogs must be fully house trained. No potty pads allowed. Supervise children at all times. • No parties or events. • Quiet hours: 9 PM–7 AM. • Parking: Driveway only; max 2 cars. • Fireplace & grill: Use responsibly; turn off when not in use. • Hot tub: Rinse before use; supervise children. • Trash & recycling: Use bins at the driveway marked with house number. • Plumbing: Private well system; no food scraps down the sink (no garbage disposal).
