It features: • Three bedrooms with plush beds and cozy linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep: king bed in the primary bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and two sets of bunk-beds in the third bedroom (2 twin, 2 full). • Bonus room that acts as a fourth bedroom (which is down a private hall in the basement, but does not have a door), with a queen bed and attached bathroom. • An open concept kitchen and living room, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere where you can cook, eat, and relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals, while the living room has a cozy seating area with a fireplace, ideal for winding down after a day of adventure. • Three bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries provided. • Large windows throughout, offering beautiful forest views that make the most of the natural light. • Dedicated office with monitor and mouse. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, except the garage. Other things to note There are several stairs to access the front door, and a narrow (18" radius) spiral staircase between the main floor and the finished basement. Two bathrooms are on the main floor, and one is in the basement. The fourth bedroom/ bonus room is in the basement, too. This house is on a delicate septic system, which can be damaged by excessive water usage or putting grease, food, or other items down the drains. There is a fine of $250 + cost of repairs for tampering with the septic controls.
