Please do not disturb the residents in the back house. You will have your own private entry and garden. The only shared area is the driveway. Key code entrance Other things to note This house is across from an elementary school. There may be noise and traffic during a short pick up and drop off, but other than that, it is very quiet, safe and family-oriented area. - No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. - No parties or events. - No loud noise between 9pm - 9am. - No drugs. - No pets. - No shoes in the house. - Violation of non-smoking rules results in $500 cleaning fee. - For security reasons we have exterior perimeter cameras. - Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, nor are responsible for the losses and/or damages of personal belongings or valuables.
