The driveway offers free parking. No shared spaces—this is your private retreat during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. ***🚭 STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any violation will result in a minimum $400 cleaning and odor remediation fee, and additional charges may apply for damages, deep cleaning, or lost bookings.*** . The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and ours (no cameras inside). Pets may be considered with prior approval. Damage, Stained Linens & Pet Policy Guests are expected to treat the home and its contents with care. Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, permanent stains, and damage occurring during their reservation. Linens, Towels & Bedding Items that are permanently stained or damaged beyond normal use will be charged as follows: * Washcloth: $10 each * Hand towel: $15 each * Bath towel: $30 each * Pillowcase: $15 each * Sheet: $40 each * Complete sheet set: $80 per set * Comforter/duvet: $120 each * Mattress protector: $60 each This includes permanent stains from makeup, hair dye, self-tanner, blood, food, beverages, oils, bleach, or other substances that cannot be removed through normal laundering. Pet/Animal Urine or Feces – $150 Any urine, feces, vomit, or other animal waste left inside the home requiring cleanup beyond normal turnover cleaning will result in a $150 excessive-cleaning charge per occurrence. If animal waste causes permanent staining, odor, or damage requiring professional treatment, repair, or replacement, the guest will also be responsible for the actual additional cost incurred. Pet/Animal Damage Guests are responsible for damage caused by any animal brought onto the property, including: * Scratched or chewed furniture, doors, walls, trim, or flooring * Damaged screens, blinds, bedding, rugs, or other furnishings * Permanent stains or odors * Excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning * Flea or pest treatment when reasonably determined to have resulted from an animal brought onto the property * Professional carpet, upholstery, or odor-remediation services Repair, professional cleaning, pest treatment, or replacement necessitated by animal-related damage will be charged at the actual reasonable cost incurred. Furniture & Property Damage Guests are responsible for the reasonable cost of professional cleaning, repair, or replacement of furniture, mattresses, rugs, flooring, décor, appliances, or other property damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear and stains successfully removed during routine cleaning will not result in a charge.
