New home within 1/2 mile of Lake Michigan

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the M-22 Village of Empire, this is a new home, close to the visitor information center, and walkable to the center of town and the beach. The town of Empire has several shops, art galleries, a library, restaurants, and sporting good supply retailers, including for bikes and beach gear. *Construction of new homes in this neighborhood may be occurring intermittently during the day.* The space The home is on a single level and has an open floor concept where the living room, kitchen, and dining areas are central to the home. On one end of the home is the Master Bedroom + Ensuite bathroom and walking closet; this has a king bed. On the other end of the home are the other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds (2 single sized beds). Additionally, there is another bathroom there. Finally, there is an attached garage, a laundry room, a dedicating reading nook/games room, and a walk out covered patio/deck. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the clearly labeled owners closet located off of the garage and cleaning closet in the laundry room. Other things to note The neighborhood is very new and there is still some development taking place there. That means it's possible a construction or landscaping project going on in the nearby area. It's not too bothersome but definitely is something to be aware of. As far as noise is concerned however, the house is pretty well soundproofed so exterior sounds are not much of an issue at all FYI.
