✨ Welcome to Sol y Bureo, a 1BR/1BA condo on Isleta Marina, a private island off the coast of Fajardo. Sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds, full kitchen, living room & balcony. Enjoy exclusive amenities—2 pools, kiddie pool, tennis, basketball & gazebos—plus free ferry service. Explore Fajardo’s beaches, savor local dining, kayak the Bioluminescent Bay, hike El Yunque, visit Luquillo kiosks, or catch ferries to Vieques, Culebra & Icacos. A peaceful, secure island escape you’ll never forget. 🌴🌊 The space Our apartment has a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds to fit up to 4 guests. The living room is cozy with enough seats for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to cook. This includes a blender, convention oven and air fryer. We have a high top table with chairs both inside and outside on our beautiful balcony with an amazing view. *balcony furniture temporarily removed as there are exterior renovation on building taking place* We also provide beach/pool towels, beach chairs and cooler. A small cart is also available to guests should they need to transfer groceries. Guest access The guests are able to park in Isleta marinas private parking lot. There is a cost of $5.60/day to park there, but we happily pay the first two days of parking for reservations 3 nights or longer ! The ferry that takes you to the island is completely free and makes trips every 30 minutes until 10:00pm. The first day guests must arrive at 9pm in order to register with security. Once on the private island guests have access to all the amenities on the island: both adults pools and kiddie pool, kids playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball court, and beach gazebos. Guests are also welcome to use the community washer and dryer (quarters needed). We have a kayak available in the apartment which guests can use at their own risk (any damage to kayak will result in a $200 fee). The restaurant and bar on the island provides great vibes and good food ! *note: parking lot and ferry closes at 10pm, be sure to arrive beforehand to not get left behind*
