The space Your home in the heights: views, calm and comfort On the top floor of a building with an elevator, our house awaits you, newly renovated and equipped to make you feel at home from the first moment. The kitchen is open to the dining room and equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare delicious breakfasts to enjoy at your leisure. It has a cozy living room with TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or hiking. Two windows take you to the balcony: a magical corner overlooking a horizon of sea, mountains and the roofs of the village, you can see as far as Montgó de Alicante! Ideal for a coffee at sunrise or a drink at sunset. 🛏️ The house has three bedrooms: A large master bedroom with a double bed, office area, reading chair and space to exercise if you wish. The house has high speed WiFi. A second bedroom with two single beds that you can join or separate as you like. And a third with a comfortable 105 cm bed, perfect for a night of deep rest. 🚿 The bathroom is spacious, beautiful and with natural light and is equipped with all the essentials. All windows are new, tilt-and-turn, and have blinds. There is a ceiling fan lamp in all spaces and air conditioning in the dining room that cools the whole house on hot days. Some beach or sports accessories are available for you to use if you feel like it. It also has the basic products of a home. Other things to note Xeraco - Calm, Sea and Local Life Street parking is easy and everything is on hand. Xeraco is a small and quite town in a good way, with a Mediterranean soul. It has a new bike path that crosses orange and marjales to the beach - walking in a 25-minute walk between green and sky. In summer, there is also direct bus to the beach with the stop a few meters from home. Xeraco beach is only 5 minutes away by car: wide, family-friendly, with all services, beach bars with chillout where you can eat or cool off with your feet in the sand, also open at night and with a good atmosphere, beach volleyball courts, children's playground... And if you prefer the train, Xeraco connects with the Estación del Norte de Valencia every 30 minutes — with direct link and in less than an hour you are in the center of Valencia!
