The space Your home in the heights: views, calm and comfort Our house awaits you on the top floor of a building with an elevator, newly renovated and equipped to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is open to the dining room and equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare delicious breakfasts to enjoy at your leisure. It has a cozy living room with TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or hiking. Two windows lead you to the balcony: a magical corner overlooking a horizon of sea, mountains and the roofs of the village, you can see up to the Montgó de Alicante! Ideal for a coffee at dawn or a drink at sunset. 🛏️ The house has three bedrooms: A large master bedroom with a double bed, an office area, a reading chair, and space to exercise if you wish. The house has high-speed WiFi. A second bedroom with two single beds that you can join or separate as you like. And a third with a comfortable 105 cm bed, perfect for a night of deep rest. 🚿 The bathroom is spacious, beautiful and with natural light and is equipped with all the essentials. All windows are new, tilt-and-turn and have blinds. There is a ceiling fan lamp in all spaces and air conditioning in the dining room that cools the entire house on hot days. Some beach or sports accessories are available for you to use if you feel like it. It also has the basic products of a home. And if you prefer the train, Xeraco connects with Valencia's North Station every 30 minutes — with a direct connection and in less than an hour you are in the center of Valencia!
