As a guest, you are free to access the park and its amenities. (One of the rare luxuries in Zurich!) The property is in traffic zone 30- meaning there’s no traffic noise at night, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The property is well-connected with multiple trains, tram, and bus lines. Just a 4-minute walk takes you to a tram or bus stop, providing quick access to Schlieren center. From there, you can easily reach Zurich city center in 10 mins! BONUS luxury: We are also just a 15-minute walk from Limmatt (Zurich’s only river), perfect for relaxing by the water or floating along with a cold beer. You can also rent a 3-seater floating boat (ask the host) for 25 CHF/day and experience city like a local 🏞️ Guest access 🚨 According to local policies, we require a copy of the booker's ID. Without it, we cannot grant you check-in access. Check-in time from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM. During this period, our front door is open, allowing you to access the building easily. We kindly ask for your cooperation in letting us know in advance if you anticipate arriving after 10:00 PM. Other things to note It's important you have our own clean space and we have ours. - Kindly make sure to wash your hands before you access the fridge and utensils. - You can use the fridge and kitchen to cook your own meals. Please ask if you want anything else. - You can use the dining table/balcony for your meals. - We are not comfortable sharing the couch/TV. Note: According to the building policies, the use of washing machine/dryer isn't allowed after 10 pm. ---------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities of the guest: Lost Key Policy:
In the event that a guest loses the key(s) provided for the duration of their stay, the guest shall be responsible for the cost of lock replacement or any replacement keys. The cost of replacing the locks is around 450 CHF (just an estimate.) Liability and Insurance: We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property.
