Perfect location in the Summer to hike, mt bike, or just kick back and watch nature. Details: 1 bedroom with a King size bed. The living room has a leather couch that converts to a queen size sofa sleeper. The vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area gives an added feeling of spaciousness to the unit, with great views from the living room and the balcony. Great set-up for a super cozy experience. :) New 46 in HDTV/DVD system - Internet included. Parking is included in the marked, plowed/private lot. No real need to drive to downtown Breckenridge, or to the ski area. The free shuttle stops at the complex and transits to both Peaks 8 and 9, as well as, throughout the town of Breckenridge, allowing visitors to keep cars safely parked at the development. Laundry and New hot tubs/saunas are located in 2 buildings in the complex; both just minutes from the building where our unit is located. The 0.4 miles mile walk to peak 8 is doable ski boots, but the free shuttle stop to both peaks 7 and 8 is a mere 100 yards from the condo entrance.
