There are 3 spacious bedrooms, with ceiling fans in the rooms, individual barbecue area, adult pool, kiosk, kitchen, parking in front of the house and condominium amenities. The house needs some repairs, which we are making, nothing that interferes with the stay. 800 meters from the beach, supermarkets and shops nearby.
