This great home can be comfortably shared by up to 10 guests! Within walking distance to campus (10 min walk to Park Ave), downtown (20 min to College Ave) and only about a mile and a half (30 min) from Beaver Stadium-avoid game traffic! Just one block off Atherton Street with easy access to all PSU and State College events. Two blocks away from Sunset Park featuring walking paths, playground equipment and more! Easy walk to the Waffle Shop. NO PARTIES! The space This clean, comfortable single family home features a large living room and dining room along with a kitchen and a half-bath on the first floor. The second floor features a full bath and three spacious bedrooms with plenty of places to sleep! A total of 9 beds (two queens, one double, one single rollaway, and two sets of bunk beds) allow for a total of 10 guests to sleep comfortably! (Assuming the queens and double are each shared by two people. Also a weight limit of 150lbs on the two top bunks). You'll have full use of the kitchen, control of the heating and air conditioning, access to cable TV in the living room. Coffee pot with coffee and tea bags are provided. We provide bath essentials and, on top of that, there's off-street parking for up to 4! Brand new windows make it even cozier. A great place in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home aside from a few spaces that will be clearly marked with signs (these spaces include the basement, some closets, and a back room). Please respect this request for privacy, as this is my childhood home. It is full of memories and personal belongings so these areas are off limits. All other living areas are accessible so you will have access to all of the comforts of home! You also have access to the spacious backyard.
