Relax beneath vaulted ceilings, gather by the stunning stone fireplace, or enjoy Foosball and Air Hockey in the lower-level game room. Cool off in the heated community pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day) and step into Whitaker Woods for direct access to hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing adventures. The space LIVING SPACE The living room beckons with comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a wood-burning stone fireplace. A spacious Smart TV ensures easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for entertainment KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen provides ample space and is equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. The dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter. BEDROOMS This residence sleeps ten guests across four bedrooms. - Bedroom 1: 1 King bed - Bedroom 2: 1 King bed - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bunk bed - Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed Each room features a Smart TV for streaming. OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES The balcony area offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and additional seating. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreation. ADDITIONAL PERKS & DETAILS Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and towels, sheets, and essential amenities are provided. Guest access This home uses a self check-in system with an automatic lock. Other things to note * Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license) * All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival. * When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact us if you have any questions. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
