The space LIVING AREA The living room is both welcoming and cozy, furnished with plush seating, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning stone fireplace. Ample natural light enhances the space, and a spacious Smart TV ensures easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for entertainment. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen provides ample space and comes equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious meals at home. The dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter. BED & BATH - This residence comfortably accommodates ten guests across four bedrooms. - The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Smart TV. - The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with a Smart TV. - The third has a queen bed with a Smart TV. - The fourth has one twin bunk beds (basement level) with a Smart TV. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, while the upstairs bathroom features a combination shower and tub. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The balcony area offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and extra seating. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreational activities. Each bathroom is furnished with a hairdryer, and towels, sheets, and essential amenities are provided. Guest access This home uses a self check-in system with an automatic lock. Other things to note * Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license) * All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival. * When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact us if you have any questions. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
