Your "Peaceful Haven" Your urban oasis in the city center. This bright room, with a loggia bathed in sun all day and a private bathroom, offers relaxation and privacy (no neighbors directly opposite!). Equipped for teleworking (dedicated desk, fiber Wi-Fi), you will also have access to an air-conditioned living room with a TV and a shared kitchen for light meals. Shops, the Metro, train stations and trendy restaurants are accessible in a flash. (No smoking, vaping allowed). The space You are renting a room and not an apartment. Up to a maximum of 2 adults. No children over 2 years old. In this large 20 m² room, comfort is king. You will have access to an equipped kitchen for your simple meals (accommodates 3 people, breakfast not included). To keep the co-living pleasant, we apply the golden rule: never leave the stove unattended, avoid cooking anything that creates strong odors (fish, fried foods), and always clean up after yourself. Alcohol is welcome as long as you remain courteous. A "home" feeling with respect for others! Guest access For a smooth check-in: As soon as your booking is confirmed, I will send you the exact address. I advise you to contact me in advance so that we can agree on your arrival time together. On the day, here are the steps: 1. In front of the building, dial 22 on the intercom to open the lobby door. 2. Go up to the 6th floor (elevator available). 3. I (or the caretaker) will meet you there to hand you the physical key to the building door. Secure access: Unlike the building, the door to the apartment and the door to your room are equipped with smart locks. I will send you your access codes (or eKey) by message before or during check-in. Finally, we will take a quick guided tour together to explain how all the amenities at your disposal work (air conditioning, TV, kitchen, etc.). During your stay 🚉 Access & 📞 Contact: · Casa Voyageurs train station is a 20-minute walk away or just 5 minutes by tram. · To stay in touch, there's nothing like the phone (more responsive and economical). Local tip: Get an INWI SIM card at the airport or in town. It's the best plan for a stay in Morocco! Otherwise, the booking app also works very well. 🧳 Small logistical clarification: I can't take your luggage before 2 pm. But don't panic! If you arrive early, let's exchange messages the day before, and we'll find a suitable solution (locker, place to stay, etc.). Other things to note ✨ A quick and handy reminder for your getaway · Check-in / Check-out: We meet from 3 pm for check-in. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated before noon (12 pm). No flexibility for this time slot, because my great cleaner arrives right after for a deep clean! 🧹 · Quiet and neighborhood: The building is peaceful and family-friendly. Out of respect for the neighbors, I'm counting on you to lower the volume (music, TV, conversations) between 10 pm and 8 am. We get along well! 🤫 · Smoking: Prohibited except for vaping 🚬🌿 · Linens and towels: Sheets and bath towels are of course provided in sufficient quantities for the duration of your stay. A small basic kit (shower gel, shampoo) will be waiting for you upon your arrival. 🛁 · Wi-Fi: High-speed connection with code provided on site – perfect for teleworking, video calls, or streaming your favorite series! 💻📶 · The car? No worries! Guarded outdoor parking is right next door. The price is unbeatable: €1 per day. You can leave your vehicle in complete safety without breaking the bank. 🚗 · A small eco-friendly gesture: Before leaving, don't forget to take your trash down to the containers located at the bottom of the building (at the entrance, when leaving the lobby).
