Double bedroom with ensuite + parking (HA0 2QB)

* Free parking available on the driveway * Less than 15 mins walk from Sudbury Town or Sudbury Hill on Piccadilly line to my home (HA0 2QB). * Same distance from Sudbury & Harrow Road station or Sudbury Hill Harrow on the chiltern line. * 20 minute bus ride to Wembley stadium and the LDO (London Designer Outlet), * 12 minutes by car to Wembley - of course subject to traffic. Check internet for postcode directions and travel info for your trip The space + You will have one double room with a larger than average ensuite that contains a shower and bath . The room will accommodate two people. + My home is a two bedroom two bathroom spacious house, I live in the other bedroom. + You DO NOT have sole use of the house, it is one bedroom with an ensuite room + Some flexibility with check in times where I can accommodate in between working. Please ask and I see if I can support timings. + Outside you can make use of the lovely peaceful garden and you can smoke in the garden. + You have the ability to park your car on my drive that has space for two cars at no extra cost. Guest access + Double Bedroom with own ensuite shower and bath. Toiletries & towels provided. + 32” TV with free view and has Netflix in bedroom + Tea and coffee available. + Downstairs cloakroom is also for use. + Use of the lounge with dinning table and chairs. During your stay + I Work during the week so minimal interaction. You can come and go as you wish. + Happy to advise about where to go and what to see. + Lived in London all my life, but I'm still finding different places and with more guests coming to stay they inform me of places and things they have explored that I wasn't aware of. It is a learning curve so learning from my guests every time :)
