In a hundred-year-old olive grove, we offer this 250 m2 bastide built on a plot of nearly 3500 m2. In the middle of the olive trees, a swimming pool 11 m long by 3 m wide and a depth of 1.6 m. On the 2nd floor: a large living room (without air conditioning) opening onto a terrace, bedroom #4 with a 160 cm double bed (without air conditioning but equipped with a ceiling fan), air-conditioned bedroom #5 with a double bed (140 cm), a large air-conditioned bedroom #6 with two single beds or a double bed, air-conditioned bedroom #7 with a double bed (160 cm), and a shower room. The accommodation is equipped with internet, and three parking spaces complete the accommodation. An electric plancha is available outside, it must be made clean and must not be moved. (Charcoal/wood grills are not permitted) The bastide is quiet, in the countryside a few neighbors nearby. It is therefore essential to preserve the tranquility of the place. If some want to play music, the sound level should not disturb the neighborhood and should remain very reasonable. The forest and walking trails are in close proximity to the house. The beautiful village of Saint-Cezaire is only 5km away, you will find all the shops (bank, pharmacy, artisanal ice cream shop, restaurants, supermarket, local market on Saturdays, etc...) The cities of Cannes and Frejus are a 40mn drive, the Lac de Saint Cassien and its activities are a 12mn drive.
