Your childhood Christmas fantasies come to life here! The space This beautiful old gingerbread home is nestled in the heart of a quaint Texas town. There are wonderful local eateries, like Lonestar Pizza Parlor with its home made pizzas, made to order, and Busy Bees Restaurant with homestyle cooking, as well as Karen’s drive through, offering authentic Mexican burritos and juicy burgers to go! Not far from here, is The Brewery, a local live music scene; Scarborough Faire, a renaissance fair; Waxahachie Lake; Bethlehem Revisited, a reenactment of the town where Jesus was born, including live camels, donkeys, sheep and local artisans demonstrating their skills. There’s also The Texas Theater for live music, Getzendaner park and trails, racing, local rodeos, wonderful antique stores, boutiques, and restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and entertainment.
