Other things to note Event policy: Small pre-approved gatherings are allowed with a $250 fee paid before check-in. Please message us with event details before booking. The garage remote must be returned at checkout or a $250 fee will apply. Please bag trash and leave it in the garage for the cleaner. Do not use the firepit without the fire extinguisher nearby. The kitchen faucet is touch-activated — simply tap to turn on/off. Do not tamper with or block security cameras for any reason. Doing so may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and additional fees. For your safety, do not open the closet door inside the bedroom with twin beds. It leads to the HVAC system and should remain closed at all times. 🐶 Pets are allowed with prior approval. A $200 pet fee applies and must be paid before check-in. 🚫 Bringing an undisclosed pet may result in an additional violation fee and cancellation of reservation. 🦮 Service animals are always welcome but still must be disclosed in advance.
