Temporary Work Professionals: Enjoy a convenient and fully-equipped home base during your temporary assignment in the Denton/Aubrey area. A separate office space is furnished with high speed internet, a desk with a comfortable chair, additional plug outlets for all your devices, and great views for when you need to take a break. Countryside Bungalow eliminates the hassle of setting up utilities and furnishing an apartment, allowing you to focus on your work. Store belongings effortlessly in the spacious closet. Enjoy your very own large mirror and dressing table to polish and shine for your day or evening out. Cinema and Game room: Relax on the comfortable couch or a soft oversized bean bag, challenge friends and family to a game night with provided board games, or watch a movie on a large screen with streaming services (subscriptions not included). Coffee table is on rollers and opens up for the perfect height game table. Don’t forget the popcorn! We provide the popcorn, popcorn buckets and candy and you provided the fun! Guest access Property lines: You are invited to explore the property within view of the home and that sits to the left, right and directly behind the home. Please heed Private Property signs that designate the homeowner's private residence and outdoor spaces. There is a pool, fire pit and swing set that is not for guest use. Please do not drive or park anywhere other than in the designated parking. We ask that you do not explore farther than the first pasture. We have a wonderful neighbors, but we want to remain considerate of their private property. Other things to note Children: You are welcome to bring children of any age but please be aware that the house/property is not "childproof.” It is the parent's responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the property for their needs, and to ensure their children follow the house rules. No Pets Allowed: This property is not pet friendly due to location. Fire pit and outdoor seating: Do not use fire in any other location other than in the fire pit. Do not move the fire pit or any of the seating or lighting. Return used blankets and supplies to the home after use. Do not leave belongings or anything from the home outside.
