The space Sage haven is a one-level, open concept, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home just minutes from the mountains or downtown! We are also located just above a beautiful park with a walking path and kid's playground equipment. You have 2 king beds and 1 queen to very comfortably sleep 6 adults. We have also supplied you with a pack-n-play with sheets. Every room has lamps with USB ports, a fan with remote, a desk/vanity/makeup mirror, full length mirror, luggage rack, closet with hanging storage, and a laundry basket. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bake and entertain! The island/table seats 8 and is perfect for prepping a meal as well. You will find the bathroom stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a blower dryer, and makeup remover cloths in addition to the basics! You also have a washer and dryer available for your use. We offer the novelty of a store at Sage Haven! QR codes make it easy to pay and you will find all the small necessities you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, floss, deodorant, razors, chargers, etc. as well as some fun things like popcorn and souvenirs to remember your trip!! The backyard has a deck, BBQ, hot tub, and lawn games, and is perfect for kiddos and pets. We also offer access to a full gym as a shared space. Service pets are always allowed, and dogs are approved on a case-by-case basis. There is a $ 50-per-night-per-dog fee. We ask that dogs stay off furniture and beds and be crated if left alone at the property (we have crates available to borrow if needed). Please use the fully-fenced backyard for your pet and do not leave them outside unsupervised. Discounts may apply for short and long-term rentals. Message me before booking about discounts. Guest access You have access to the full main level of the home. The basement has been converted into a full gym and is a shared space (guests can use their code to access). The bathroom closet and the basement hallway are off-limits to guests. Other things to note By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read the house rules and agree to abide by them. No one under the age of 21 may book the property, and the property may not be booked for minors not in attendance by an employer or parent. All guests aged 18 or older must provide a photo ID to the host. Please add all adults to the reservation. Employers booking the property for employees MUST add the employees to the reservation so that the host may communicate with them. The phone number used to book the property must be accurate. All employees must be 21 to stay at the property. Unauthorized/unannounced pets may result in a $200 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation. Unauthorized/unapproved guests may incur an additional $200 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation. This property strictly forbids smoking/vaping/drug use of any kind anywhere on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a minimum fee of $200 and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Violating any house rules may result in additional fees, as determined by the host.
