BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY & EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC OF THE PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE! *** NOTE TO GUESTS: (1) Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hr security and has HOA rules for homeowners, guest & visitors (quiet hours: 10pm to 7am, no outside noise, hot tub/jacuzzi (closed during winter season October 14th through March 31st) use and steam sauna use during that time)*** * (2) The security gate will charge a one-time fee of ~$50/vehicle for your entire stay at Pine Mountain Lake. Unfortunately, this is a requirement for any guest renting a house in PMLA. The Gate accepts credit cards. Guest access Upper Skyridge Cabin El Capitan is a cozy retreat nestled at high elevation ridge amongst pine trees with mountaintop and lake views. Nested on a very quiet street inside PML lake with access to a lake with 3 beaches and a marina with water sports rentals, a restaurant, nature trails, and more! This is a perfect getaway for a family vacation, a romantic holiday, exploring Yosemite National Park, only 25 miles away! The space Upper Skyridge Cabin El Capitan is over 1500 sqft plus and sleeps 8-10. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious open living, basic kitchen and dining area and outdoor seasonal Hot Tub and Panoramic Barrell Steam Sauna. Also includes a great wrap-around deck for taking in the mountain and lake views, and a reading room, library in the lower level with panoramic barrel sauna (at the upper-level entrance) and seasonal hot tub (outside the lower-level deck)! Note: Beds: 2x King; 1x Full; 2x Twins. On the main level is the large and open living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a full bath. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils and plenty of space to cook and hang out as a family. We provide coffee, tea and some spices! The dining table seats 5-6 comfortably. At both the levels, there are also large windows and an over-sized sliding glass door that takes you out to the private wrap-around deck with gorgeous views of the mountains, lake, amazing smells of the pines and soothing sounds of nature with Bald Eagles and babies if still there for calls and sounds in the afternoon time. Both upper and lower decks are perfect space for coffee and the amazing sunrise, or for afternoon and/or evening drinks and meals! House is fully renovated with new kitchen and dishwasher appliances, new toilets at both the levels, new LVP floorings & 4-zone controllable mini-split systems to meet your comforts and needs. Note: Hot tub (Jacuzzi) is not available during the winter season (closed during winter season October 14th through March 31st) as water is drained and it is winterized to avoid frost damage during winter. Other things to note Important Guest Information: 1] *Parking and Driveway: The driveway is steep with slopes downward. Exercise caution when parking downhill outside the garage or on the loose gravel pads which can be slippery and tricky to park. 2] *Pine Mountain Lake Association (PMLA) MAIN GATE Access Fees: PMLA is a gated community with 24-hour security. A one-time fee of $50 per vehicle is required to be paid at the gate. Please let hosts know driver’s names for each car so that they can be added for guests entry in security main gate. This pass grants access to community amenities, however guest is responsible to contact PMLA to check access policies, additional equipment rental costs and locations of the amenities with security gate and PMLA office. The fee covers the entire stay. Credit cards are accepted at the Main Gate. Host/Owner is neither responsible to provide any access to PMLA amenities nor responsible to provide any recent changes/updates/directions. This is sole responsibility of the guests (booker) and the PMLA to communicate and figure out access policies and rules. 3] *Cleaning and Supplies: Few basic kitchen supplies, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil may be provided (until supplies last) but not guaranteed, (the nearest grocery store is MarVal before the PMLA main gate entry). The property is cleaned before arrival, typically after the previous guest's checkout. Daily cleaning or room service is not provided. The highest possible cleaning standards are maintained, however, please note your viewpoints can be different. Guests with specific cleaning expectations should bring their own linens, towels, and personal items. Beach towels, face towels, makeup remover, and linens/towels for infants and children are not provided. Guests are responsible for these items, based on their expected hygiene requirements. Kitchen is stocked with basic supplies only. Per policy, if you bring additional guests than in your original reservation, you will be subject to $75 per each guests per night unless the reservation is changed to reflect actual number of guests. While 8 guests are maximum, please check the reservation page for additional guests policy in excess of certain numbers of guests as additional fees may apply. 4] *Property Status: This is an older vintage cabin, and some furnishings, beds/frames may show signs of age and stains. Guests should review the property description and photographs or enquire with hosts for specific details before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their specific expectations. 5] *House Rules (see attached image in Guest Guide in your App message): Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, no outside noise/gathering, hot tub/jacuzzi use and steam sauna use during these hours, please. PLEASE NOTE: the jacuzzi/hot tub takes time to heat up to 98F setpoint, so please let hosts know if/when you plan to use it so that we can leave it on for you ahead of time. Note: Hot tub (Jacuzzi) is not available during the winter season (closed during winter season October 14th through March 31st) as water is drained and it is winterized to avoid frost damage. 6] No checkin is available after 8:00 PM of the checkin date and will be marked as “No Show”. 7] SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS upon request (fees may apply): This must be arranged with host(s) six hours in advance of check in time (subject to availability): *Policy A: Early checkin in: $75 (1 hour early from 3PM), $50/hr thereafter if available **Policy B: Late checkin: $75 (1hr late after 8pm), $100/hr thereafter (for a valid reason), otherwise marked "No Show" after 8pm by default. No access. ***Policy C: Late checkout request: $75 (1 hour late checkout after 11am), $50/hours thereafter if property is available (if there is no booking on that day).
