In the living room, you will find lots of comfortable seating and a wall mounted large screen TV for family viewing. Straight through the sliding glass doors to the screened in lanai where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine or hours of relaxation reading the newest best seller. The Master Bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, its own TV and a private lanai access. The Master Bath features a walk in shower. On the opposite side of the condo sits the Guest Bedroom that has a Queen-sized bed and its own TV. Right next door is the Guest Bath with a walk in shower. For your convenience, there's free WiFi in the unit, a building elevator, on-site parking and a laundry facility located on-site in the Seaside building. Beautifully landscaped with palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, Seaside is located directly on the Gulf. Your backyard is 7 miles of sugar sand and the emarald green waters of the Gulf. Fort Myers Beach is one of the country's top rated beaches and is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, white sandy beach, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing. Mid island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere. Seaside offers guests all the amenities in a tropical setting. Relax on the beach or swim in the Gulf or take a dip in the resort-sized pool. There's plenty of lounge chairs poolside, and BBQ grills to enjoy. Island times are back again! Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Further south Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and its just across the street!
