Apartment 04 ground floor 500 meters from Cal Beach

It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single mattress, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS. The space The house is 500 meters from Praia da Cal and 900 meters from the center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the house there are markets. Other things to note WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING ON THE PREMISES WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS WE DO NOT ACCEPT MORE GUESTS THAN WAS INFORMED IN THE RESERVATION
