This main floor suite is located on Prince Edward County‘s popular Westlake waterfront and is facing the beach at Sand Dunes. The backyard has a shallow, sandy waterfront boasting beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed on the back deck with a propane fire pit, in the gazebo, on the dock or by the waters edge with a wood fire. We are within walking distance to Sand and Pearl restaurant, the restaurant at Isaiah Tubbs's Resort, Dune Hopper Brewery and a very short drive to the Tambo snack bar and convenience store. Westlake Water Sports is a 2 minute drive, where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats, or flyboards. ( guests can receive a 20% discount on rentals) The Sandbanks Dunes Beach and Sandbanks Outlet beach are both within 2.5 km, and beach/ park passes are provided free, for our guests. This suite is a Bed & Breakfast with a private four piece bathroom, luxurious king size bed and walk out to the back deck. This suite accommodates up to 2 people maximum. ( main floor suite is rented separately) The living room, all outdoor spaces and continental breakfast are shared with hosts and occasionally, other guests. We provide water floats, two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks for guests use, and are on first request first serve basis. Free parking onsite.
