There are three living areas, a dining area with a beautiful table for 10 people and an excellent refractory brick barbecue. All integrated in an open concept. Perfect for the family to enjoy time together! Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and equipment for your stay. Including microwave oven, electric oven, electric coffee maker, etc. As well as the necessary accessories for using the barbecue (skewers and grills). Cable TV with more than 200 channels (Claro TV) in the dining room integrated with the kitchen and in the living area (living room/balcony) and high-speed internet (fiber optic) with WIFI throughout the house. In front of the house, as part of it, there is a beautiful garden all grassy by the sea. This garden has 4 kiosks (1 large with 10 seats) and 3 smaller ones, a mini-house for children to play in and a support structure with a bathroom and beach shower, as well as a large grassy area with beautiful plants and several coconut trees. The house's location is perfect. In addition to being by the sea, it is located in the best stretch of Tamandaré Beach. Enabling our guests to enjoy the natural pools less than 50 meters to the north and still play in the open sea to the south. Leaving our beautiful house, along the beach going north, in a few minutes of walking you and your family can enjoy the famous Praia dos Carneiros. Near the property, within walking distance, there are: supermarkets, snack bars, ice cream parlors, a beverage distributor and a restaurant. Please be advised that the values for the peak season months (December, January and February) are different. We will give discounts if the rental is for a period longer than 25 days.
