If only one bed is needed, the first option assigned will be the double size bedroom. Other things to note *This is a No Smoking property. Please do not smoke in or around the home. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if it is determined that smoking took place. *No pets allowed. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if it is determined a pet has been kept on or in the property. *Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. *All complimentary amenities provided to our guests must stay at the property. This includes soaps, shampoos, other toiletries or personal aides, utensils, appliances, pillows, blankets, household products etc. A replacement fee will be charged if items are found missing. *We understand that accidents happen and incidents can cause damage to property. Please be aware that guests are still responsible for any damages that may occur. Please make us aware of any issues or accidents as soon as possible so that we may property address and repair as needed. Reporting an accident or damage does not automatically result in a charge, but it may if the issue is not immediately reported.
