Floor Plan: Entry level offers open concept kitchen, dining and patio with direct beach access. Wood burning fireplace, full bath with stall shower and one bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV. Second floor: Offers a king size bedroom with ocean view balcony, smart TV and lounge area. Second room offers a queen bed with ocean view balcony, work station with a desk, and smart TV, Third room offers a queen bed with smart TV, and a stackable washer and dryer in the closet. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combo on this level. Friday to Friday during the summer. 3 night min during winter and 4 night min during the off season. Holiday weekends are 3-4 night min. We are happy to welcome your furry family member with a $200.00 pet rent fee per stay, per dog. Maximum of 2 small dogs, or 1 larger dog. Tenant responsible for any damage and must be willing to sign the pet addendum. We have agents available to speak with should you have any questions. Guest access Guest has full access to the home, there is no guaranteed parking on the property. There is street parking right outside of the home but can fill up quickly in the summer. During that time I would recommend leaving your vehicle if larger in a good spot and using only one compact vehicle for in and out use. Check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office, located at 107 Aptos Beach Dr, Aptos, CA 95003. An agent is available after hours for any real emergencies that may occur. Other things to note Check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office. Open 9-4 Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays. After hours check in available. Please notify the office if you plan on arriving after hours. We supply a starter pack of all supplies; 3 toilet paper rolls per bath, 2 paper towel rolls, dish pods, sponge, cleaning supplies and hand soap. Please bring toiletries and shower supplies. Santa Cruz County does not allow single use toiletry bottles. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider. ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT IN AN EXTRA CHARGE • Lost or missing keys: Could be charged for a full rekey of the property • Overcrowding or excessive noise: Forfeiture of deposit • Stains on carpet or furniture • Furniture not put back in the original position • Lost or missing TV or AV remotes • Broken screens, windows, furniture etc: Repair or replacement cost • Excessive trash: $65-$100, depending on amount • Late departures without approval: $25.00 per 15min intervals. • Excessive sand left in property $45.00 per housekeeper • Property left excessively dirty $45.00 per housekeeper • Excessive pet hair left in property • Pet waste not disposed of properly All beach patios are privately owned, please do not trespass onto the neighbors patio or use any of the items that may be on the neighbors property.
